ALET is dedicated to promoting the positive impact of technology in education. Our members include education and technical professionals from throughout the State. They, along with our many sponsors, work hard to provide Alabama students with world-class educational opportunities.
 
Our focus is on supporting technology directors, educational technology integration coaches, and technical staff. We provide members with multiple ways to grow professionally, including annual events, certification programs, and cybersecurity camps.

Scholarship

Ashley Hilyer of Opelika High School is this year's recipient of the ALET-Debbie Rice Memorial Scholarship.
 
 
The Alabama Leaders in Educational Technology awards a $10,000 college scholarship each spring. The scholarship is named for the late Debbie Rice, a long-time leader in the organization who served as the Technology Director for Auburn City Schools until 2014.
